  1. a lil story behind it, i was bored and i was too lazy to use blender so i hop on mine-imator and it was going to be a laid back and effortless render and well, that didn't seem to be what i did. spent like 5 hours on it and shit. it was all made in mine-imator 1.2.0... yes no photoshop (except the watermark) and so here it is, enjoy

I got lazy with the camera angle and the schematic size was like 15x so I was getting at least 2 fps while making this. I also got lazy with the lightrays and didn't position them correctly since I'm dumb and trash so prepare to Overused joke your eyes

  8. Hagus's Guide to Story Writing Hey guys! I'm gonna give you some tips for writing good, entertaining stories that you can hopefully use when animating a longer animation or series. First off, if you've joined the Community Project, you probably know I can write a pretty good story already, but I'll tell you what you need to do to make one of your own. Wallpaper - Food Fight!

Me and BaconSandwich have engaged in a food-based duel for some reason. Who will be the victor? I don't know, but I definitely know that the loser will pay for the property damage that we have caused. Feedback is greatly appreciated in the comments. In particular, I'm looking for feedback based on the lightning, which I feel feels off in this wallpaper for some reason. 41. This feel like a 2D animation except it's only just a part of still, nothing move for like a minute, usually i focus on camera movement, angle, and other stuff if the teaser is just a part of still -The teaser is boring and confusing,it's really hard to read -the glow blur is just too much -the lighting feel's a bit non-sensical (does that word exist?) in some scene Example: at 0:34 there was a glow at the back of the guy who is about to get murdered while the torch is actually infront of him -The music, the lighting and the direction (ik it's a bit professional but im including it anyway) doesn't really fit the teaser,The direction is kind of bad,i can forgive the story if it well told -the teaser lack an animation,3D suppose to have a lot of movement because it's a 3D object,we usually move even if we just idling,2D sometime can survive this but 3D can't -the teaser doesn't give me any convincement (it's not a word but idc) to get hook at the story -honestly,the world feel's a bit empty I don't hate it,i just think that this teaser was oretty rush due to lack of movement and bassicly a boring scene that is extended to bassicly make the video duration a bit longer I have no expectation for the full episode, but i really hope that the episode is greater then the teaser

  45. Hi guys! MinionMaster02 here and I just wanted to share two things with you. First off, I was working on an animation that I was working on for awhile and then I decided to cancel it. Secondly, in the animation I made a rig and I called it the "Mutant Enderdragon". The animation was just going to be about an Ender Warrior (who was in The End world after the Enderdragon was slain) who threw a magical splash potion at the dragon egg and the egg burst intro purple particles and outcome the Mutant Enderdragon. The reason why I started making the animation was to improve on my animation skills and it kind of worked, apart from the fact that I cancelled it. Anyway the reason why I made this topic is to just give you my rig. Why not, right? If your animation needs a cool looking dragon rig, here it is. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you enjoy the rig! P.S.: The Mutant Enderdragon also comes with a thin purple beam shooting from it's mouth! 46. For everybody to enjoy the Mine-imator forums, we must make an effort to follow some guidelines. Speak English English is the language of the internet, including the Mine-imator forums. You can speak in whatever language you want in PMs, though. Don't create duplicate topics Keep the amount of topics to a minimum to improve the browsing experience for other members. Don't make more than one account It takes up forum space, causes confusion between members and makes moderation a headache. Alternate accounts will be detected, removed and a warning issued to the original account. Post in the correct subforum If you're unsure, see the header in each subforum to see what you can and what you cannot post there. Topics that are posted in the wrong place will be moved by a moderator. Don't use oversized signatures To save everyone from breaking their mouse scroll wheel, keep the signature size to a minimum. 200-250 pixels tall is the absolute maximum. If your signature is ridiculously tall, a moderator will remove it and give you a warning. Don't abuse the Reputation system The Reputation system was made to highlight and incentivize helpful and constructive posts. Do not give up- or down-reps to a member just for the sake of increasing or decreasing their rank, or create shops to harvest Reputation in exchange for services. Doing this will result with a warning and eventually your Reputation reset to 0. Don't chat The forums are for intelligent discussions and not small talk. If you want to chat, go here or use the PM system. Don't use adf.ly or similar services Unless you are the rightful owner of the thing you're linking to. Don't post a status update about a new topic you've started If the topic is still visible under "Recent Topics" Do not revive dead topics A topic is "dead" if the latest reply is more than 2 months old. Rather than bumping them to the top, start a new topic. You may revive your own topics, as long as you add new information. Topic revival is only allowed if the topic is posted in the Mine-imator creations or Mine-imator resources sections of the forums. Use the report button, don't resort to mini-modding If someone is breaking any of the rules here, don't post anything. Rather, press the "Report" button in the top left of the offender's post. This will alert all moderators, leaving a message like "This is posted in the wrong forum!" will not. Taking matters into your own hands like this is called mini-modding, and posts like that take up space and do not add anything to the topic. Read more about mini-modding here. Do not impersonate others This includes regular members, moderators or banned users (by using the infamous "BANNED" avatar) These things are not tolerated ANYWHERE on the forums (including the Discord and PMs) Discussions of illegal subjects/activities (this includes software cracking, torrenting, etc.) Offensive/racist/rude behavior or imagery Bullying or discrimination Spamming (constantly posting the same content, nonsense or useless posts just to get noticed) Pointless swearing/overuse of CAPS Gore/Screamers or other frightening imagery Links to viruses/trojans/malware Images of/links/heavy references to sexual content Advertising potentially malicious products or sites (if you are unsure, ask a moderator) Flashing imagery or excessive use of colors, special characters, smileys and/or oversized fonts Breaking the above rules will result with a warning sent to you by a moderator/administrator. Repeated warnings will result with a banning of your account. If we follow these rules, we can all have a good ol' time!
