      It is actually. They updated it when the enderman was updated to have glowing eyes which was last year. All they need to do is update the blocks in the banner to match the new minecraft textures.

      The pose looks kinda unnatural because of the ridiculously bent legs, which would make an uncomfortable setting of holding the body weight and thus would be impractical.

       

      You should move the body a bit up and make the legs less bent.

    I tried to render my animation and it crashed, so I left it there for a while and checked my other computer. I came back a few minutes later to find that it had rendered something; a 2 second mp4. This is what it looks like:
