I've come back from the dead to defend my creepy waifu.

Do any of you remember that cool artwork my friend made that I framed and put by my desk?
Well, now she's joined the Forums after hearing how much fun we have around here and made this for me as a greeting gift! :v
Her account is @TheSociallyAwkwardTurtle and she'd be happy to make art of all of you as well! She takes commissions that go for ten dollars and her creative outlook is pretty flexible.
(This isn't some kind of business scheme, I just thought a lot of us could appreciate this and the fact that it's cheaper than a lot of other commission services; I was the one who offered to promote it out of gratitude)
If you guys are interested you can PM her for the details.

Look at these sketches that I made in my Cartooning Class today! :u
I made them digitally with a drawing tablet. How are they?! I rarely draw so I have no idea.
What was that? Heh, no, I don't have a thing for robot girls.
D-Did you hear me? I said I definitely do not have a thing for them. Guys? GUYS?!?! :U

For one glorious moment, I am the most popular contributor of the year.
... I've said before how much I appreciate all of you here, but being completely honest I see the bulk of you as my own family. I've never really belonged anywhere, and the fact that we can all come here and share our life's work, band together online, tell each other jokes or spread some Μemes is wonderful. I wouldn't give up the experiences we've shared together for the world, and their impact on me will surely follow me to the grave.
I guess what I'm trying to say is... thank you, all of you, for giving this dweeb a place where he fits in.

Try going up to your mother and saying Hello, creator in a deep and funny monotone.
She'll be amused to say the least.

@tditdatdwt I know, right?!
You're such a fun friend, Tdit.

The creators of Dead Space studied gruesome images of vehicular accident casualties and war fatalities for extended periods of time in order to provide us with the most authentic zombie horror experience on Earth.
How far would you go to perfect your work of art? What would you sacrifice?

I made a rudimentary, pixelated drawing of a Character that represents you. Let's just say it could be you in another form.
If you show any interest in it, I could continue work on it in Mine-imator.
I assumed your favorite color was green simply by looking at your Member Title. You take on a ghostly form largely based on the characters Aku, Lord Death, and Koro-Sensei. Your face is an expressive mask composed of Keyframes. Your "mouth" is a Timeline on which Keyframes dance about to convey emotion and perhaps lip-syncing.
I imagine you performing actions using telekinesis and black tendrils that emerge from your body. You'd use fighting moves that appear godly and break the fourth wall, such as pointing a tendril at someone and having it cascade yellow, red, and blue (the vector dimensions) like a cuttlefish and shoot a Position/Rotation modifier (like Mine-imator's) onto someone and fling them around as though editing their location in an animation, or pointing a tendril at someone and immobilizing them with the sound of a latching lock (like locking an asset in Mine-imator). That move would be called Inanimation.
I'm sorry if it appears that I think you like animation and Mine-imator more than anything else, but I thought it was a big enough part of your life to bring this forth to you. Plus, it doesn't have to be directly connected with Mine-imator, but animation software in general. This form suits such an advanced software developer such as yourself.
I just thought you'd like a more serious and thoughtful persona than the masked Steve you have now. It could serve as a second transformation for him if anything. And, if it's too grandiose for your taste, you could just tell everyone that it was made for you by someone else and that everyone loved seeing you like that while you secretly really enjoy it.

@tditdatdwt Dude, it's a reference to a movie some of us watched as children.
Still, thanks for the mental image of you rummaging through my old Status Updates for something you can use to screw with me.

Thank you all so much for wishing me a nice Birthday when I've done very little to earn a second thought in your minds. It means a lot to me.

I'm terrified of the thought that trying to figure out how to implement totally reasonable effects and aspects in more advanced software will be equally as vexing and disheartening as trying to work around Mine-imator's technological limitations.
