EnderMagic1 and 9 others reacted to Milix_Dr3AM[FR] for a topic
Hellooo, A while ago I did the Mutant Creature Complete Pack, and right after that I started doing the same thing for the Mod Mo'creatures. It is not complete! The complette version arrives! (It's a long to make. Very long (At the same time I'm lazy ;-;)) So it's just kind of a preview of the pack. I hope that pleases you. (There's no gif just pictures in contrary to my first pack, I would do gif explaining everything for the complete pack) /!\ It is possible that it has problems of size and rotation ! This will be fix in the full version. /!\ Ant : Bears : Bee : Bird : Boar (Bendable ear, Mane affected by wind) : Bunny : Butterfly : Cat (Mouth, Bendable ear) : Crab : Cricket : Crocodile : Deer : Dolphin : Duck... Ent (Full eyes (also for the little monster in the Oak Ent), Bloom effect for eyes) : /!\ Open the .miproject not the .mimodel /!\ Fly : Fox : Goat (Change the skin for : Male, Female or Female with horns) : Maggot : Mantaray (Fully Bendable fin) : MiniGolem (Don't need to change the texture for Red or blue.) : Mole : Mouse and Rat : Raccon (Mouth, bendable ear) : Scorpion (Fully bendable "tail", babies) : Shark (Head buged but fixed for you (If it's not fixed, change the texture.)) : SliverSkeleton (3D Armor, 3D bones (body), 3D SilverSword) : /!\ Can lag /!\ Snail. Turkey (Male and Female, Mouth, Bendable tail) : And Turtle (Mouth) : ... I hope that I have pretty well show what's with the pictures ... 3D SliverSword : If there are any bugs or errors in translations (I am French and bad in English ;-;) Please tell me! In the full pack I will try to : If there are bugs with the textures, try to reload them in texture/model Or contact me Download !! Please, give credit if used. Click me :310 points -

[Pokémon] Haunter Model
CleerVision and 2 others reacted to SEB2003 for a topic
Well, Haunter is my favorite Pokémon so i made this: Images: Features: Comes in both Normal and Shiny color scheme (Just change the texture). Fully bendable tongue and tail. Hands are independant of the body. Each finger can be animated separately. Hands and fingers bend both forward and backwards (Because Haunter does that kind of crazy things). Glowing outline for hands depending of your render settings (Outline is not perfect, but may try to fix it in a future update). Its been a while since I've used MI. I hope the community is still doing well. I created this one entirely with what comes with MI. Really cool features have been added since I've last used the program. Any criticism is always helpful ?2 points -
How to make CUSTOM CREATURES
TheXKing360 and one other reacted to SharpWind for a topic
How to make custom creatures/mobs? It all has to do with how texture mapping works. If we take a look at regular/existing mobs, or at least their skins, we can see and recognise the faces on them, make out the face, etc. But if we pay close attention, we can see that the faces thouching them are in fact their neighboring faces. For example: the left side of steve's head will be positioned on the LEFT of his face on the skin. By that logic we could draw our own texture map for our "custom creature". First we have to imagine the dimensions of individual bodyparts, let's say 10x8x13. First draw a 10x8 square. Next to that square, you should have a 13x8 square, then a 10x8 and another 13x8. on top of those (starting in the upper right corner where the first face ends) there should be two 10x13 faces right next to each other, representing the top and the bottom of your cubic item. We then need to draw the coresponding textures to those faces (imagining them working as a whole). We then need to open the Modelbench! Make a new bodypart and give it a new shape. Import the texture you've just made and open up the UV editor. Assign the mapped texture to your shape. It should automatically scale in all dimensions to suit your texture. From there you need to position it in a right place to get the rotation point, make it bend, etc. Afterwards, do this for multiple bodyparts and "build" them thogether in Modelbench to make them corespond with one another. You can place all of your mapped textures to a single image file (to resemble minecraft skins), or use multiple different images. Both methods work fine. Lastly, you need to import the model into Mine-Imator! Stay Sharp!2 points -

Advanced Glow
Cryptic Runner reacted to TheJeweledWolf for a topic
Well, as most of you probably know you can edit glow in your settings. What I suggest is the ability to change those settings by the object that has the glow effect. If I'm confusing, let me try to explain. You see here in the settings tab you can change glow settings, to get either a defined glow for things like Holograms: Or a less intense glow for things likes ghosts: I suggest these can simply be in the "grapics" section of object properties, under glow. That way we can have both a hologram and a ghost in a animation, without effecting the other's glow settings. If you need more information, just tell me and I'll explain better.1 point -

This took me 3 hours to do, and is my first wallpaper: made in Mine-imator 1.2.x I'm satisfied after doing it Now questions: Why Mine-imator, when I already left it? It's because of polishing my animating/wallpaper making skills so they won't degrade. I've stopped learning Blender due to upcoming 2.9 release, which basically flips over the entire GUI and shortcuts, so learning the current version would be pointless. 2.9 will be released at the beginning of 2019. Once it's released, I'll start learning Blender again. Why @lifecraft is in the wallpaper again? I also don't know. The fact is I've forgot to add his glasses to the wallpaper The only rigs used are character rigs, which are mine; contact me (PM/Discord) for download links. Now to the wallpaper itself. What did I fail at today? Constructive criticism is always appreciated. The lit grass in the background above the phantom is because of the program bug. I'll post a bug ticket soon.1 point

"An Interesting Find" [4K]
Draco63 reacted to BaconSandwich for a topic
Sam: *kneeling down* What's that? It looks important. *little item pop noise* Hey Bacon, I think that stray dropped a special arrow! I knew putting Infinity on my bow was a good idea! Bacon: *grunts, trying to pull axe back out of tree* Cool, I guess. Now can you help me pull? I don't want to end up leaving my axe behind! It has sentimental value. Here's a winter wallpaper! ;D I wanted to do something special for the season so I figured I could make a wallpaper featuring the two boyos themselves going out in the snow, chopping (or attempting to chop) down trees and having taken out a husk partway through. The main idea and even the angles evolved a lot throughout the few days I worked on this, and I definitely think I did pretty well with the lighting and the general atmosphere of it. The sad thing is my MI crashed a couple times later on in the process because my computer isn't really the best at doing the things. Hope you all enjoy it and keep an eye out for a winter-themed animation hopefully coming soon!1 point -
Noice, this has to be the best (and only) haunter model I've ever seen. I might use this is my series that people have probably given up on at this point.1 point

Online Mine-imator
TheJeweledWolf reacted to AbAppletic for a topic
NO. To start off, it's a dumb idea and a waste of time. Do something useful in your life, it's easy enough to download the program. Even if you do start; I doubt you'll ever even get close to finishing it. I doubt you know how to code. There's something called Git. And then you use it with a host like Github, Bitbucket, etc. It literally does the same thing that you want to achieve; team work. There is NO REASON for you to do this. If you do, I highly doubt its for the community, but just for your plain own reputation and popularity. Go for it if you want, but believe me, it's a BIG waste of time. It'll take years for you to do this anyways.-1 points -
