  1. Original Video was from HeyImBee: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ex7E5... This is actually my first time doing a lip-sync by using one of HeyImBee's voice for the character's sound (oh and also the first time I change the animation style into "more cartoonist", so for me, it doesn't look so boring anymore rather than a normal Minecraft animation style), first time experiencing lip-sync wasn't that easy, but that would be fun if I would get used to it. oh! and Don't Forget to leave a Like if You Enjoy it and Subscribe + click the Bell icon for More Videos. 4. These riots are so stupid. I mean, I'm all for protesting, but this is going too far. You start destroying property and committing arson, you're not protesting. You are a criminal. Those actions are illegal. Like if they go to some shop, and burn down the place just to make a point, they could be destroying someone's livelihood. Even if it's for a worthy cause, it's still wrong. And what are they even advocating?? Justice for Flynn? Justice will be served. That cop will go to prison, and hopefully never get out. Maybe he'll get capitol punishment. I dont know. Maybe they're all bored from quarantine, and rioting is something to do.

  11. Okay, I have some problems with your response. I first want to make this clear: You will always receive criticism on your work. It's bound to happen whether you ask or not. With this mindset, you should be mentally ready for feedback on your work. Don't get me wrong here, it's 100% your choice to take in the feedback you receive and learn/practice from it. I've seen too many people say something similar to "I didn't ask for criticism!" It's just the wrong mindset to have when posting your work online. Sure, there are places with lower expectations than others, but this is the forums, where almost everybody uses Mine-imator regularly. Second, I feel that "this doesn't belong in a museum" or "it's not supposed to be amazing" are not the correct responses to criticism. We (and especially you) should all be out to help you improve. Nobody has to respond, but those willing to offer feedback want to see you advance. Typing with a witty, undeveloped response is more-or-less a slap in the face for those who spent time trying to help you improve the quality of your creation. Third, sure, there's obviously opinion when it comes to stuff like lighting. You're not wrong when you say everyone has different tastes. This, however, doesn't mean you can't physically improve the quality of the lighting. Everyone says "Bad lighting" because to most people, the lighting in your render is "bad." Skill ≠ taste. I find too many people defending their creation from any criticism by simply saying, "It's my style," or "I like it this way." I find this aggravating, since most of the time, they just want to stay inside their comfort zone. They might just not want to listen to others' opinions when it comes to their creations, but I simply find it immature. Why not try something new to hopefully improve your skill? I hope you take some of this to heart, and I hope you enjoyed my TED Talk.

  12. Greetings everyone! In this dev update, I'll be covering a handful of new features I've been working on for Mine-imator 1.3.0. However, before we dive into the following eye candy, I want to mention that due to the sheer size of this update, its official release is not in the near future-- and doesn't have an ETA. Unlike the past two updates, 1.1.0 and 1.2.0, this update includes a variety of goals. This includes an effort to improve rendering, animation workflow, and the interface along with adding new features that may come with them. Though during development, I'll be posting dev updates more often to give insight on how development is going. With that being said, this post will highlight a couple of the first big improvements to come to the update. Renders used in this dev update were made by @Hozq. Lighting improvements The way lighting is applied to objects has changed in 1.3.0. Before, ambiance only affected dark areas, but now, ambiance is applied more accurately to the scene by being applied additively to pre-existing lighting in the scene. This allows for brighter scenes and improves the appearance of dark areas such as areas with AO. Changes to shadows Shadows are getting a significant upgrade in 1.3.0. Previously, shadows used a method that would blur all shadows in the scene. Now, shadows are rendered multiple times determined by a new samples setting that scatters the shadow maps of lights around, allowing for shadows to be harder near its caster, and softer the further away it is. (Also to clear up a misconception, this is not PCSS. ) An improvement was also made to the way sun shadows are cast, allowing the sun to act as a proper directional light in the scene. Volumetric rays This feature has been requested many times over the past few years, and is finally being added to 1.3.0. However due to (technical) restrictions, the rays are only available for the sun. These rays are not rendered in screen-space and will appear even if the sun is not in-frame. As mentioned before, rendering isn't the only aspect of Mine-imator that will be getting improvements though however, that's the first part of this update I'll be tackling so it may be a while till other features are shown off. Until next time!

  22. And let this be a lesson: Not everyone wants to hear your "constructive criticism" when they don't ask for it, even if you do it in good faith.

  25. Update 20: The AR Update I had to delay it a little bit since MediaFire decided to be a pain and I moved over to Google Drive, but here it is. WEAPONS: -Replaced the old (and frankly pretty awful) M16 model with two guns, the M16A4 and the Colt Model 601. I figured these two would work since the M16A4 is effectively the last of the main M16 rifle series, and the Model 601 is pretty much the M16 before it was designated that. -Remade the similarly bad SR-556 model. -Added the Mk. 18 Mod 1. -Added the HK416, with a short barrel (10.4 inches, shortest one available) as requested by @Jellie10. -Added the ADAR 2-15, a weird Russian AR-15 with wood furniture. -Added the SR-25. -Added the FG 42, a WWII weapon that had some considerable impact on the design of the AR-10/AR-15 rifles. -Accidentially removed the L42A1, long story short I was updating it and lost the finished version while moving over to Google Drive. I'll bring it back next update. -Updated the "SMLE Mk. 1" which was actually a Mk. III, making it look better and actually calling it a Mk. III. It'll probably be updated more in the next update. -Added the Lee-Enfield No. 5 Mk 1 as compensation for stealing away the L42A1. ATTACHMENTS: -Added the M7 bayonet, for use on some AR-15 platform rifles. Part of @Slime's request for more bayonets. -Added the EOTech ATPIAL for @Slime's request of a laser sight. -Added the Knight's Armament SR-25 Suppressor, mainly for the SR-25 as the name implies but also just because the Armory had no suppressors for 7.62 NATO. -Added the Knight's Armament rail panels, so that you don't have to cut your hands on exposed Picatinny. -Added some Picatinny rail segments for maximum Bubba'ing potential. -Added a tan color option to the EOTech Model 518. -Updated the tan color on the KAC Forward Pistol Grip. I also did some heavy re-formatting to the page itself and of course all the downloads are on Google Drive now. kthanksbye

  26. I think it looks good. I hate when literaly everyone complains about good things I made, and no one complains about bad things I made. Why do everyone says "bad lighting"? This is not a masterpiece! This doesn' belong to a museum! Like it, or not, but is not objective and depends on your taste! Please don't quote.
