@Emaniplex I've recently adopted the standard character thing. I tried it in concept 1 and am using it in 5. I do make combos differently. I animate the offense before animating the victim's reaction

Hitfilm crashes, AE is way too much for a 13 year old, natron crashes, and now motion 5 is only for Mac. I wonder what'll be next.

Heh, it'd be crazy if you used your Schematic from the MIRealms for it. Your base is in the sky, after all.  

@Emanatronic lmao, nah im thinking of an elytra gun/bow and arrow fight. Going through tunnels and crap. And at 4:18 the guy running gets a hole in his elytra and is plummeting to earth desperately and quickly trying to repair it by taking it off his back and sewing a piece of leather to it while the other guy is shooting at him.

That sounds so crazy!!  

That's such a huge project too! Flying at that speed, for three whole minutes, you'd have to be so creative with your Scenery and its conservation. Chunks of tunnels would be gone in a second going that fast. Three minutes is a nice amount for a scene like this, but it may be more manageable if perhaps you skipped the more repetitive parts of the song at the start to shorten the time. You could also blend the soundtrack's drawn-out parts with editing... A lot of this music is the same...

Maybe it just came up in your head and you thought it was cool. I now enjoy lots of music by plotting out every detail of an animation I could theoretically create to the beat of a song. I have yet to act upon these vivid visions.  

Either way, I can really relate to your thought process. But, I work more with lyrics and the physical representation of sounds; you like writing narratives to your music and prefer it as much of a blank, impressionable slate as it can get. In other words, interpretation and re-purposing versus impression and application.  

I didn't expect such hopeful music from this movie. I really have to watch it.
