  1. So I just got to this guy in Hollow Knight and he had to be one of the most charming bosses I've faced so far in this game. So I decided to model him.

Pretty nice although it’s kinda strange that the eyes aren’t as expressive near the end.

I decided to start working on the facials for fun. They're still a work in progress though

This was just a lip sync test, at first, but I decided to start working on the eyes/eyebrows for fun. I just wanted to post the finished lip sync for peeps to see though

The size of this creature's pixels and details range from gigantic and minimal to tiny and rich in texture. My main grievance is with how out-of-place the eye looks on the rest of the body, but its wings are juxtaposed against the creature's rudimentary body as well.

This is a simple pixel/voxel incongruity, but it's accentuated by the beast's massive size. Although, in the original wallpaper you mask its features very well and it looks nice.

I'm not saying each pixel and voxel has to have the same dimensions, but this is an extreme example of blowing a Rig out of proportion.

yeah i got a little tooo crazy with just slapping bits and pieces to make a monster that i didn't even consider everything being coherent. thanks, i got a little to overexcited and I need to take a few steps back.
