Replace sand with just a gray block with 45% alpha and it looks more like the real hotbar.

This has so much potential, dedication and creativity. But the walking animation is a bit bad, and they move fast when they're just walking. I suggest asking for help or making a new walk animation, remember that when a foot goes back, the character moves like in real life. Also try to make the poses in real life to see which one fits more.
