This might sound rude, but what's with the whole furry thing? I don't get it at all? Do you just really like animals and drawing animals as people? If so, why do you have to identify as something because of it? I like Magic: The Gathering but don't identify as a Leonin Planeswalker. Or is it the fetish thing? Or do you legit identify as an animal? Like, what compels you to call yourself a furry? I know a few Furries in real life, but they are bizarre as hell; one tried showing me 'questionable' furry pictures. You seem reasonable enough though, so I figured you'd have an answer.

I agree with Ethan, if you force it on anyone that's when you cross a line. I don't hate you for being a furry, I don't hate the LGBTQ+ community because they're that way. The few people I've met from the LGBTQ+ community haven't tried to force it on me at all.
For me it's a "You do you, as long as I can be me" type of thing.

Got my first speeding ticket a few minutes ago. Honestly, though, I had been having a rough night before that, but the officer that pulled me over was so nice and understanding about everything that it actually improved my evening.

Is your profile picture a low poly version of Shark Tale's main character?

I'm happy with most of the election results in my state, save for the fact that the minimum wage is being raised. I'm ready for what used to be a relatively good job to now be an average job, for the value of the money I already have to go down, and for companies to raise their prices/fire people in response to having to pay their employees way more.

This has nothing to do with mineimator, but I'm very excited! I didn't realize that there are affordable options for belt sanders available! I've been working in a foundry for over a year now, and I've often thought about how useful one of the Burr Kings we have there would be, but those things are $1,000-$3,000 at least. I was looking at dremels, and decided to look up belt sanders too. I found some less heavy-duty ones for $80-$130, so now I'm ecstatic! I make puppets, and I'm wanting to branch into making marionettes, so it'll be great! I don't need an industrial-grade sander, either, so the lower power won't be an issue. I'm really wanting to start making molds and castings too, soon; going to make things like puppet hands and maybe some miniatures.

The whole process of making molds/cores is super interesting, by the way. I work primarily in shakeout, but I've done some time on the machines too. We actually are getting into 3-D printing molds and cores with sand now, though that's primarily for testing out new part designs or for limited runs that we won't be doing all the time and don't need to spend thousands of dollars on tooling for them.

I was trying to figure out what your username used to be (you've been around long enough that I should know you from way back when I used mineimator still), and I started to feel self-conscious reading your old comments and remembering mine... The cringe...
