How to determine the windows version based on a crash log:
OK the " OS: Windows_NT" at the start does not mean that the user is running the ancient "Windows NT"!
It just means that the windows is NT-based and nothing more.
So in order to identify the exact windows version, you need to take a look at
" os_version: xxxxxx".
Example:
os_version: 393218i recommend using the version table at This Site
So by looking at the table, we can see that this person is either running Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012.
The most likely answer is Windows 8 since Windows Server operating systems are used on servers not home pc's.

@Upgraded Moon At the moment the bot has response databases containing 5 responses on a certain subject.
For example :
greeting database: "Hi", "Hello", "Hello, how are you?"
The bot randomly picks one of them
to respond.

Simplified the chatbot's code.
You can now easily access it's vocabulary and edit it:
