    Made some progress on my castle
    Slow going as I'm building the entire thing in survival mode, therefore I have to gather supplies

    Going to build the entire outside of the castle once the rooms inside are done, as I think the inside rooms are the more difficult part.

    Any thoughts on how I can make the walls/ceiling of this better? I feel the room itself is a tad empty.
    It's supposed to be the main hall of a castle.
    And on that note, any advice on building castles? I've been looking at different pictures of 'em, but am still struggling to make a decent looking castle.

      You should spice up the colors 'n' shape.

      I think it can work best if you first make a frame of log and then you start adding stone, cobblestone, stone bricks, etc on a different layer.

      I do plan to add more colours and shape, this is just the end of the front wall, later on I'll be adding a variety of blues (Clay and lapis) and no doubt some spruce planks.
      The majority will still be greys (Andesite, cobblestone, stone bricks) just because that is the general theme it's built in, the end result is kind of meant to be a castle, but I'm not great at those so we'll just see how it turns out if I do actually finish it. cx
