    Not exactly. This is what will occur once a program gets open sourced; freedom to do whatever you want with the source code with no worries regarding limitation. It should be fine for him to make revenue off of ad.focus so long as he isn't daisychaining adlinks. Though I can't view the terms of use in the source code as of right now, somewhere in there it should explain the usage and what is allowed.

    Animations are on haitus for a while. Reason this time? My computer isn't at home. I am moving from my old house (grandparents) to a new one (fathers), and there may not be room for my computer as of late so I must wait until there is enough room to suffice. I have no comfortable place to work right now, unless I want to strain my neck and contort my back to somehow work on the dorm floor, I'll just have to wait until there is enough room to place it somewhere. It's with me at Job Corps, nice and safe. My baby

    This also means no more visits on the weekend; I am further restricted to just viewing the forums via the school computers here.

    I'll figure something out in due time, but I may be some time. That's really it, so yeah I'll just get to work on my final assignments here. or not toodles

      @Ethan. That's pretty lame. Try asking your friends/family to let you go driving one of these days. Getting at least 30 minutes of practice each weekday more than you can imagine.

    Perhaps two resized low-poly cylinder may do the trick. Most would be the size of an octogon, though that only makes it harder to animate.

    Hey yeah, this isn't that bad actually. This will take some creativity to use well. While the sizing could be a limiting factor, it seems fine enough to be used well by experienced animators.

    Here's one that's released a while back: Varen's Alpha Glitch mouth rig. Hope that helps spark some ideas. Also my old rigs used textured eyelids and mouthes. (And had more haunting eyes) The old rigger circumvented it by hiding most of the stuff in a beard, but it is indeed possible. Just not easy. Basic is not the same as bad. Basic rigs are fine in my opinion.

      Instead of using the DNS of the website. (Eg. youtube.com) Use the direct IP of the site. (EG. 208.65.153.251 )
      To get the IP name of the site, use CMD or a Batch file and do 'ping youtube.com'. And site ip's and stats will show.
      I assume they only filter out DNS and not IP names.

      @EmunatorTaking your advice, and so far I haven't struck any luck. It appears every attempt to connect to the IP itself merely gets hung for a while, loading indefinitely.

      Here is the command I used for youtube:

      "http://215.58.194.142/~cpusername"

      And cpusername is replaced with the account username. No luck when entering it in Chrome, so I'm not sure what else must be done to connect. The only other option I can think of is using an onion-based browser, but thats really damn risky to do on a monitored computer.

    Searching up only png images gets me transparent images. Like, search for cloud png on google images and you'll see what I mean. Most are images well above 500x500 in size, which for Mine-imator standards it well exceeds. Then, if you want to get a certain size of vignette, just search up one at least 1080p in size. At the very worst, if it's not transparent, you can just use a chroma key effect using paint.net plugins/photoshop.

    That isn't true, especially when using a generalization. Google's a good resource, it just lacks proper crediting like most website usually have.

    Had some time to open up a WIP animation only to discover Mine-imator has a new and unseen bug causing the program to get stuck loading animations.

    Just my luck. I'm going to work on getting ready for college this week now.

      Holy crap I think I got this same glitch. I just reinstalled mine imator and everything was fine.

    Yo, this is sick! This is probably some of the best works I've seen in a long while. You certainly need more exposure. +1 Just continue with more work on factions weaponry, and then I think this place will boom in no time.

    First image looks a bit saturated, but seems alright enough. Second has good lighting direction, but comes off a bit weird where the moon is placed at. Overall, it's a fine set. Though try adding a spotlight to the camera and making it just barely visible to keep all important elements intact.

    Welcome to the actual forums. And like I mentioned, try to make it more unique so you can develop your own "feel" to animation.
