The numbers indicate what version they were added in

i'll talk about those colors and why some blocks don't have version numbers.

the above numbers indicate what version they were added

red means the block wasn't available at 1.4 (number indicates added version)

yellow means the block was available, but its height hitbox was unusable in the situation at the time, and is only useable in later version (number indicate changed version)

green means the block wasn't available, but it existed in a different form, so the other block would be usable instead. (number indicates added version)

explanation for yellow blocks

Lily pads were shorter until 1.9

Snow couldn't be stacked until 1.5

Boats used to be smaller until 1.9 (debatable, since it uses 1.13 waterlogging mechanics to put the boat in said position)

Orange beds weren't available until 1.12, a red bed could be used instead

Acacia logs (called "wood" back then) weren't available until 1.7, Oak, Birch, Spruce or Jungle wood/logs could be used instead (or any other solid block that is the height of a full block (1m³))

I realized I shouldn't do lighting on End scenes.

Because there's no shadow in the End.

For example: You have a chance to spawn in a completely end stone encased platform of obsidian, and since both end stone and obsidian is solid, no light would pass, so you shouldn't be able to see as bright as the rest of the End, but you do because there's no shadow.

turns out light exists but not shadows

encase yourself completely in solid blocks in the end and in any of the other dimensions ima go get some images

did it in the End: looked the same.

did it in the Overworld: complete darkness

did it in the Nether: because the nether is always lit up a bit, similar to the overworld test but can see a bit.

i'm never gonna make it to the showcase unless...

i destroy my computer, a.k.a. making an actual decent animation with 3 or more minute length and totally perfect lighting.

actually i should remove at least 1 from the 25 resource packs with every texture on my PC.

I fight with a bow, even during close combat.

The reason is simple. I can't fight with a freaking sword/axe/hoe/whatever.

well at least my bow has infinity+power+flame, but not the one enchantment that knocks mobs back so i can earn more time to draw my bow called "Punch II".

Buttons are smaller than a plank (or stone block), but their crafting recipes include exactly 1 plank (or stone block), with no leftovers or extras.

1 plank = 1 button

Does that mean all the plank material is stuffed inside the button and the plank is actually hollow?

so there's this minecraft server i got the three easiest challenges possible  on a semi-vanilla server with random teleport and tpa which are
