I listen to the minecraft sountrack (before the 1.7 update) and remember when everything wasn't just hunger games and minigames that are way too similar. Oh, and also mods that are way too complex, and to be honest, not fun. People in servers were nice and formed communities and cities. It was all pure survival, and forming groups was key. It had a charm, you could actually count on people. But now it's just tryharding at it's pure limit.

@Colonel Muffin Yeah, i remember when mods used items that were already in the game. Not all this complicated "First, you gotta get this with a diamond pickaxe and then make this machine so you can cook this material so you can make this block that crafts this thing so it recharges the item you do with the first machine you crafted. And then you need to gather 10 nether stars and what-not"
Also, people really like to say "Minecraft sucks now because of the updates. I like the old one better"
Minecraft didn't change. It was us.

i agree with all of this, but i gotta admit i like one mod in particular wich is very complicated and tedious:
GALACTICRAFT!
the whole idea of going to the moon is just too much for me
-
I had more fun back in 2014.
-
They should make a mod for battlefield that replaces the "losing objective E" for "They're taking objective Elvis!"

I just noticed, Stranded the space roleplay was the last important (and former) roleplay on this forum.
Dang, i feel like doing another roleplay now.
-
Also talking about stranded, Ed will always be my favourite character.
"All i wanted was a beer and a lot of money" -Ed, 3255.

Hype:
The game "Nightcall massacre" (The one with Joe and all of the other characters i talked about) would contain this mechanic called "Hype". Every time you kill an enemy, the Hype would increase and would give certain effects to characters. It stops if you don't kill anyone for a short period of time. You know you have hype when the camera starts waving left to right slightly, and the map starts to slowly have a blue/pink tinge to it.
"Bullet hell" Joe: Even less accuracy, but even faster bullets and increased rate of fire.
"Revolver" Oswald: More recoil, but faster and bigger bullets.
"Nade" Drake: Less accuracy, but increased damage and "splash" zone.
"Miami" Jack: Combo kills, doesn't hype.
"Willingsas" Willingsas: moves stupidly faster, stupidly faster rate of fire.
"One-Hit": An extreme increase in rate of fire, but less accuracy.
"Spy": Abilities recharge faster, can dash (by double tapping W,A,S,D)
"Big B": Car moves faster.

@Roosara It would probably have an option to disable mature content (Blood, stuff that sounds nasty and i'd probably get a warning point for saying them, etc)
-
@willingsas Thank God.

Bullethell Joe:
"Bullethell" Joe is the youngest of the "7-men" group. His quick-shooting with handguns nicknamed him "Bullethell". High adrenaline and quick reflexes means all to him.
Joe and Oswald are quite friends outside of their usual antics. They're often seen eating chicken wings, and talking about stuff like why a "Quarter pounder with cheese" is named "Royale with cheese" in Paris.

Game idea: A game set in the late 70's-early 80's about people stealing information from various mafia groups and then selling it. The game has some sort of enter the gungeon sort of feel.
The game consists of three screens per level:
-Slaughter: You play as "Bullethell Joe" "Revolver Oswald" "Nade Drake" or the two secret characters "Miami Jack" or "Willingsas". In this mode, you just have to kill everyone and locate a briefcase.
-Infiltration: In this mode you play as "Spy" "One-hit" or "Miami Jack". You start from where the briefcase was. Now there's cops all over the level and you gotta sneak past them. A car is waiting for you at the start of the level. If you play as Miami Jack the car is a delorean.
-Chase: You play as either "Miami Jack" or "Big B". You're driving the car through the city, avoiding/shooting cops and running over people as you make it to the Boss' office.
Now a brief description of the characters:
"Bullethell Joe": He shoots a lot of tiny, fast bullets. They don't deal as much damage.
"Revolver Oswald": He shoots bullets that deal a lot of damage. You also get a slight recoil.
"Nade Drake": Instead of bullets, he throws an absurd amount of grenades. Grenades can ricochet off the walls.
"Miami Jack": He starts with his bare hands, but you can grab the enemies' weapons. Guns have limited ammo with him, unlike any other character.
"Willingsas": They throw dang joe's at people.
"Spy": Has some abilities. He can turn invisible for a brief period of time, or he can use an ability where, when activated, killing an enemy will disguise you as that enemy.
"One-hit": He uses a sniper that one-hit kills.
"Big B": He has an SMG.

@Roosara 'Eyup. That's a nod to the Hotline Miami Series. The only way to unlock the character is by, in the tutorial mission, input "I was born in the usa" in a telephone booth.
-
I wonder why they censored dang joe's.
-
It's "You didn't go to school because you're sick!" Day! Woohoo-
Agh, my stomach.
-
Since D A N K M E M E S is censored now, we should call them dang joe's in honor of uncle joe.

I just noticed that i have a lot of weird 80's maps in my desk. Specifically, most of them are America (Not to be confused from USA)
I really don't remember where did i got them in the first place.
-
This would be cool as an inside joke: Will and his maps
"Guys, we're can i find a [Insert anything here] rig?"
"I don't know, go ask willingsas for one of his maps"
