You are an Artist just like us all, just another direction! You make Music and coding, which might lead to DJ, or even making games or app with your own music, BTW very awesome that you make music! We don't have many who make music here! And maybe you'll even surprise us with some of your own Music Videos!

He means as if, you locked it's position in one spot. i.e. Inverse Kinetics of a sort. So, it would be, step. Lock in place, move character forward, the leg is in the same spot. Unlock, move leg. Repeat
