Just... letting time pass.

Here's my first ever character rig. It's not the best, but it works for what I need it for.

Its pretty sad that David isn't working on MI anymore... This feature would make mineimator amazing

Texture Mapping would be great, it'd certainly push Mine-imator into the higher quality of other animation programs not to mention it's ease of use.
 

So I have a suggestion that most likely won't be added, since @David has stopped adding features to Mine-imator and is only adding blocks, mobs, ect., but I would like to at least just make this topic so people can see how useful it would be and how big of a difference it would be for rigs in the future.
So basically, I would like Texture Mapping to be added.
Now some people are wondering, what is Texture Mapping, how does it work?
Well, texture mapping is when the program maps selected pixels from a texture, onto an object. Here's a visual on how it works.
I would like texture mapping to be available for surfaces and and cubes(You would do the same process for all the sides.)
I would at least like for David to take this into consideration, it would allow less space to be token up, less textures to be used, and would make texture swapping easy.

so yeah i made another animation... pretty inspired by reality obviously  but yeh enjoy lol its a pretty personal animation and i dont expect everyone to get it but aaaaaanyway here

And many hours of production

I just kinds felt like sharing my wallpapers from back when i started out using mine-imator about 1-2 years ago to the one I made literally yesterday
1 - "Flying High"
2 - "Flying High" (yes the same name)
3 - "Sunset over the castle"
4 - "Torchlight"
5 - "Sleeping with the ender dragon" (this one wasn't really intended to be a wallpaper, it was just quick thing but I included it anyway cus why not, the more the merrier right?)
6 - "Daybreak" (pretty much same with this one, it was actually just the cover for the resource pack I'm making)
7 - "We are the warriors" feat. my closest friends
8 - my Wingless Pegasus youtube banner
9 - and finally the one I finished yesterday: "Defences"
and I'm still working on more today! Share any more improvements if you like, maybe someday I'll go back and remake the old ones just for the fun of it  

aye, well done.
the animation is quite fluid and each character has a realistic reaction to what's going on. however, i believe either some knockback on the top character or a bit of friction between the two swords just so they can pause would be a bit more visually appealing. there's more to a sword fight than just realism, after all
