He also deleted other Mine-Imator animation videos that he stole like some of SKIBBZ's videos, Supah.EXE's, and others due to this strike which is good I guess? But, it stops him from getting any more copyright strikes, since he deleted the videos and has already made a lot of profit and sub growth from them.

Does anyone know how long it takes for a copyright strike to be applied to someone?

They have 10 business days to try and counter-claim before it's applied.

So, this guy "took" my animation, Office Troubles, in its entirety but gave me credit? I'm not really sure what to do about this and would appreciate hearing your guys' opinions on how I should deal with this.

. Since in the Fair use guidelines, he violates one of the rules:
SpoilerMyth #1: If I give credit to the copyright owner, my use is automatically fair use.
As you saw above, transformativeness is usually a key in the fair use analysis. Giving credit to the owner of a copyrighted work won’t by itself turn a non-transformative copy of their material into fair use. Phrases such as “all rights go to the author” and “I do not own” do not automatically mean you are making fair use of that material -- nor do they mean you have the copyright owner’s permission.

Anyone have any advice on fight animations? Like how to make the movements look "smooth" (Don't know another word for it, sorry Eman
