You're simply missing the texture.

Try putting the file in a .zip or .rar along with the textures for the rig. You may also save the file as an .object BUT you have to also put the textures along with the file again in a .zip or .rar.

Either read what other people have said, give a more detailed explanation of your problem and what you've done to cause it, or figure it out yourself.
It's a problem caused by you, not your computer or the program or anything else. It's your fault, so fix it.
