Is anyone has made pixel gun rigs/models? 'Cuz I'm going to make em

so, i don't think this will goes well

i'm trying to make the mc sub letters, but it goes like this :

the outline, it just really not ok. if you make it closer, it will makes a glitch on the outline and text surface like this :

and if its more closer, that makes it weirder :

except you make it not too close, but it would make the other text side surface to be covered :

so what do you think? should i continue the model? anyone have an idea to solve the problem?
