RIP, sometimes I feel inactive too but I mostly just waste time on YT. It's okay to take breaks if you feel like it, but if you want to stay really active that's for you to decide. It's important not to try and force yourself too hard in doing things like this because you won't be working as hard or as mindfully as you do when you're fully committed to enjoying it. You do you and enjoy your life as well as you can. ;D
