So this animation started off with parenting a cube to a camera which was moving around a point. Lot's of learning curves here, I spent a good portion of the week making it. 
Rendering it, not liking it, fixing it, adding more... repeat over a few times this sequences and voila this turned up. 
I hope it wasn't to graphic.

Hey I know you.  Suggesttion is You need to make the Scene more connected. This Render is really little bit confusing render. Why? You may ask, Well because In Title, and Background you said that This is In Cyberpunk 2077, But What the connection between Cyberpunk 2077, And Skeleton. And why then This had A Lightsaber in it? 
I guess thats all The suggestions, I mean critics from me to Ya. Hope you're learn something new.

Ok, can everybody stop replying to this topic!?
Most of the people here say that the render is bland, like the background, but I think I doesn't matter. I think @tutibrave made this render just to showcase his Rig. Most of the time when you showcase a model or rig the background and visuals don't have to look fancy, because you are supposed to be paying attention to the rig, not the background and visuals.
So @tutibrave just so this doesn't happen again, if you are showcasing a rig you made, when you are making a post or topic put "showcase" in the tags or title so people won't be confused when you make a render like this.

I used actual ingame snow and rain textures to make the particles look very nice.
