Well I've never really done a wallpaper before so I decided to make one.  AND NO EDITING WAS INVOLVED

I'm guessing you reflected the schematic and had it be affected by wind? It's a bit weird at some points but overall it looks really good!

If anything just turn down the wind speed/strength until it's not as wavy and make the schematic (the bottom one) less visible.

its a reflection if this didn't have the "affected by wind" option on. When water manipulates what is reflected. its a refraction

Nope, it's a reflection. Refraction is only when light goes through glass, water, etc. and slows down so it bends. Reflection is when it bounces off, and the reason it happens in water like this is because it's bouncing off of multiple different parts of the water, all at different elevations.

Pretty good, however the water is a bit too clear.

Try adding a few blue-ish surfaces under the reflective layer. This'll add some depth and make it look like it's an actual lake and not a wobbly mirror.
