Anybody have tips for working with a team of animators?

Try to have everyone do a certain job. Maybe plan out the entire animation beforehand, and then give everyone sections of it to animate. Or, give everyone certain things to do like, someone animates half of it, someone else animated the other half, someone else writes the story, someone else puts filters and edits it. Skype helps.

If my song was about trap life or my gang it wouldn't have barley any views. It is my first time rapping but i don't think I did THAT bad for a beginner. The animation is amazing hopefully that will distract! Lol

I don't want to hate but I think Willcraft doesn't deserve all the views he gets. I'm happy for him, I've made worse and gotten lots of views for it but when you look on the forums and see all the other animators working hard to deliver great content, they barley get any Youtube recognition for it. It's the hard truth, I mean look at Skibbz for example, he barely has as many views as Willcraft yet he is on a professional level of creation and that is why he has gained the respect of this forum.
