    We aren't doing a great job at welcoming people into the forums and community. I noticed a lot of new members are at like -10 rep on their first day or two. Ease 'em in, because I'm sure you were just as bad when you started out. Let's make this place a little more friendly.

      Yeah... everyone coming into the forums is like 9 years old and below. There is a maturity gap.

      I wish there were no more incomers, really, and the forums could stay as it is.

      We can try to be nicer, but it's really hard.

      Or we can try to ignore these people a bit more. I don't really think that downvoting a worthless uncomprehensible post 5 times is that necessary. 

      I think we can just move along and not pay much attention. They often improve on their own.
