Bedrock dev just released a image, possibly teasing the addition of nbt tags to Bedrock!
oooooh I hope so. That would be epic.
-
This is strangely reminiscent to The Rise of Skywalker...
I don't remember what I typed in the book to get this but...it's, uh, the Exegol dimension. Yeah, Exegol.

Coronavirus has just been a really bad and early April fools joke.
Or maybe this status is...

Sony has delayed Morbius until 2021.
Good grief people.
If this corona thing lasts until August, the world will have to have started again.
Even then, by August some predict it'll will be gone by then, or that's when the it will fizzle out completely.
I mean even if 2 years down the line Corona still looms large, we will not still be quarantined.

I just discovered that you can use Bedrock animation controllers in behavior packs to test for all sort of things, that I previously thought were impossible currently.
I can test if the player is sneaking, jumping, gliding,on fire, is moving, is on the ground or flying, and much more!
Insanely useful.
Still, looking forward to the time where we can test this sort of stuff with scoreboards like on Java.
This opens so many doors for me to play around with.

Just bought a new PC so I can play Half Life Alyx!
-
I love the new lodestone block!
I gives compasses a practical use(finally) and will change the way we explore forever.
It's so useful.

Anyone else having a hard time believing that this Coronavirus thing is actually happening?
I mean it's very much real, but this global pandemic, thousands dead, the world practically shut down. This isn't the kind of thing you expect to happen. More like a movie plot.
Seems like a movie director got his hands on the reality stone.
I hope life returns to normal soon.
Even if the virus is still around till like August, how long can the world survive like this? A lot of people aren't working.
If this goes too long, it will have much more serious long term effects on the world economy.

So, Congress Dems blocked the Covid19 relief bill. Reason is they attached unrelated stuff to the bill, like free phones, voting without I'd, forgiving student loans and other stuff.
Now, you might think that all that is great. But not now.
Attaching conditions unrelated to issue at hand is nothing new, both parties have been doing it for ages.
But this is not the time for that. Like half the country is out of work right now. Small businesses and families need relief, and Democrats are trying to advance their political agenda, effectively holding Americans hostage.
Someone needs to get smacked in the face with a big book.
Anyway, they tried and failed. I think they will now pass the bill.

What if this time next year coronavirus is still at large?
I mean, it's never going to go away. COVID19 will be on Earth for the foreseeable future. We don't currently have a way to eradicate a sickness.
The flu comes around every year and kills thousands in the USA alone, but life goes on.
If coronavirus sticks around for a lot longer, at what point does it become a fact of life, like flu and colds?
Anyway, just something I was pondering. Hope it doesn't come to that.

jQuery is my best friend.
Well, when it comes to JS development

Funny, but still very true, sadly.

When this coronavirus thing is over, hopefully much sooner than anyone expects, I wonder how many people will find themselves with too much toilet paper.
-
Trump is now using the Defense Production Act, which allows the President to order companies to produce more products in certain situations.
I hope he'll order more toilet paper be made
But seriously, he's upping the production of food and medical supplies, allowing for for test kits to be manufactured faster, I guess.

Well dang it. Black Widow has been delayed.
I hate coronavirus and the absurd fear mongering that comes with.

As we all know, superhero movies are so much more important than a public health crisis.

Of course not.
But in this case, the public health crisis is not worthy of having absolutely everything shut down for it.

Sony will apparently reveal PS5's specs tomorrow.
At last we will see for sure which is the more powerful.
-
Xbox has released the full(I think?) specs of the Xbox Series X. And it's crazy. Google it.
Anyway, they posted this image...
Taken on Xbox Series X!

@__Mine__ Yeah, it's strange.
If it's possible, I'm hoping to use this without any fancy light or bump maps or anything, just lights and shadows and effects on regular Minecraft textures.

So my older brother was sick for one or two weeks, and we were joking that he had coronavirus, not actually thinking he did, since he had symptoms of it.
Then we find out there was a case of covid19 at his school.
So, the idea that he had coronavirus is plausible.

This is what the status update reminds me of.

Nether Update Beta on Bedrock out now!
And strangely enough, it adds almost everything Java has in 1.16...very odd given Bedrock's update track record.
-
I hope COVID-19 doesn't cause Black Widow to be delayed. I haven't seen a new MCU movie since July, and I'm not sure how much longer I can last. Not sure I can make it till may even.
-
I just realized there is a way for Marvel to keep Agents of Shield canon.
If you watch the show, and follow the MCU closely, you'll see the show creates massive plot holes. But they can fix it, with the upcoming Loki Disney Plus show.
We know that show will have Loki traveling through time and universes, so perhaps he goes to the universe where AOS happens,(before the show starts) and cause mischief.
Just a thought, I guess.
-
It's been hinted that Bedrock will get the first Nether Update beta this Wednesday.
That's too bad, that means 1.15 is almost done, and that sucks. We got a lot of great parity features, but it's just another drop in the bucket.
Plus we were promised to get the Java spawn mechanics, and that's not in beta yet. Maybe that will be in the full release only.

I didn't mean to do that, but yeah I see where you're coming from.
Anyway, Bedrock devs have also confirmed that going forward, updates will be next to Java, in terms of the name and number as well as features. They plan to not spread content from Java's 1.16 over 3 Bedrock updates like they've don't in the past(Update Aquatic was 2 BE updates, and it's took 3 or 4 for all Java 1.14 features to come.)
So, glad to see that's not going to be a thing anymore.

Good news!
Coronavirus can't touch me. I'm safe!
I'v got 40 cases of bottled water, and 600 rolls of toilet paper. And believe me, those were not easy to procure.
