    When rendered I'm pretty sure it is the keyframe speed when rendered,when you working on the project you can move freely .I usually set up cameras.

    Well for slow mo they usually have a long span between keyframes. For timing Normally,24 frames=1 Second,so if 24 frames equal 1 sec then lets say we want 0.5 seconds that would be 12!
