I honestly feel like the MI forums have become like a social media site for me. I'll think of something that I think is really interesting and has a full right to be posted here but then eventually I'll realize that I'd probably just look like I'm oversharing or trying too hard to stay relevant. Yes, I know that this is kind of a hypocritical status update but I feel like I have to address it since it just feels frustrating sometimes to want to say something random and spontaneous but then start to think that it doesn't belong here after all.

Two members of the Hyuns Dojo died. One from a lung transplant and the other from another disease. They both were great animators and artist as well as good friends. May they Rest In Peace.

Remember that cryptic thing about an old project I talked about? It's an old game engine that's been collecting dust since March or so. Finally got the dependencies so it works on my new system. Aside from moderation, I don't really check back in with this community much but I'll at least try to give out some screenshots.

Time to get back to work on an old project.

Why do you still think that making Monster School animations is a good idea? I'M TIRED TO SEE THIS, THIS SATURATION IN THE COMMUNITY OF ANIMATIONS, BOTH HERE AND ON YOUTUBE.
I'm TIRED, why do children ruin everything?
Where I study, a guy asked me if I made animations in Mine-imator, I answered yes.
Automatically he asked me: Your Monster School animations should be great.
And I answered: What?
Another one who asked me if I did Monster School animations, almost exploded at that moment.
A case apart and worse still, a guy had asked me if I did animations of Monster School ... and Life animations.
I simply did not answer him and I went on with my way.
And as that case is, there must be other related ones.
That gives me to understand that Minecraft animations are seen for Monster School and Life animations, and I don't like it.
NOT ALL ANIMATIONS ARE FROM MONSTER SCHOOL OR LIFE ANIMATIONS OR THOSE BAD GOOD THINGS FOR 7 YEAR OLD CHILDREN THAT RUIN THE COMMUNITY OF INCREDIBLE ANIMATORS.
Children, I don't have empathy for you, I'm sorry.

Im working on my 100 rep poster but... its going to take a while. On top of that my uncle either dies today or tomorrow so... dont expect much from me... I won't go inactive but I won't feel like working on stuff for a while (besides the rep poster)

What makes the internet great is that people can say what they want about what they want. Don't get salty because some doesn't like something you like. Its the truth that people will not like a good animation just because its about something they don't like. Its the same in almost every community. There's no point to get pissed by it.
 
Its like lets say: F.N.A.F, yeah sure some people make really good animations that look good but some people will not like it because its F.N.A.F, that's how the internet is.
 
I'd also like it to not be called out about what I don't like. Sorry that you get salty that I don't like something you don't :/.

I am working on a Blocking Dead animation. I'm almost done animating it, then I will have to add sound, music, etc.

*TEXT WALL INCOMING* I honestly hate how slow I work at the moment, cuz there are so many things I want to get finished right now but I also don't want to forget about anything. For example, I'm gonna do a Halloween themed animation in a new style soon with a couple new characters, I've been working on that old Skywars thing for a month or two now and now I want to do an animation to go along with a challenge Mumbo Jumbo (a redstone youtuber) sent out to make a Halloween-themed piston door thing. I hope that practicing pays off and I eventually get more efficient.

I've finished a massive 455x455 block intersection for my city world, haha. I didn't add any custom road signs yet, I usually save that when I finish a town.
