    i think Mine-imator's .json importer kinda have its own "rules" to import the file properly
    maybe try this: https://drububu.com/miscellaneous/voxelizer/?out=sch
    its free but your .obj model will be voxelized or pixelated, you can also change its "resolution"
    i tried to convert .obj to .schematic, but .json didnt work
    if you dont want your model to be voxelized, i dont think there is a way to convert it properly
    so why not remake it with Modelbench or Mine-imator itself

    You can try modify .midata and assets zip pack in 【Mine-imator 1.2.8\Data\Minecraft】to add new textures and models to Mine-imator instead of replace texture of default
    1.write a texture path in .midata
    2.drag your new texture to assests in the same path you write in .midata
    3.change the texture path of .json to the same path (by using notepad or even text editor)

    I tried for a long time, but the imported model is invisible every time. Finally, I tried to use the default resourcepack and replaced the blocks texture inside to successfully create the model.
    The information on the internet seem to say that the new version doesn't support the .json model. This is not the case. Below is the weapon model I extracted from the Wynncraft texture pack.

    I open a new project and the textures aren't there, the clouds look as pink and black chess board and the ground, well I am not sure if it is there. There is only black that well could be the void (haven't use mine imator on a long time so I don't remember if there should be something)

    Haven't seen you here in a while.
    In my honest opinion, I feel like the massive amount of limb dislocation really doesn't fit in here. It's the only thing stopping this from looking like a perfectly-recreated in-game screenshot.

    Hello everyone! It's been a while since the last dev update, and I'm sure you have questions about the update and what's taking so long, so let's start with answering that.
    What's taking so long?
    In the previous dev update, I mentioned that I was working on "Inventory", the new UI for Mine-imator. This ended up taking a while to finish and pushing back when I planned to start on optimizations for rendering. I've since finished optimizations and now wrapping up any final graphical features for the update.

    A change of plans
    As many of you know, the "Caves & Cliffs" update for Minecraft has been split into two parts. This delay in the second half of the update will give me more time to further refine the update and improve areas where the program lacks, like animation. This of course will result in a delay of the update into next year, Mine-imator's 10th anniversary.

    The Anniversary Update
    With this new delay for the update going into Spring 2022, I've decided to rebrand the next major update from "Mine-imator 1.3" to "Mine-imator 2.0: The Anniversary Update". With overhauls to graphics, UI, and eventually animation (?), both david and I believe this update is deserving of the 2.0 title. I can't say for sure what new features will be coming in the next coming months for the update, but I'm sure the update will be worth the wait.

    It would be pretty cruel to end the update with nothing to show, especially with how long its been since the last dev update. So here's some early previews of what's in store. Do note that things are still subject to change in development and the following may/may not be final. ?
     
    That about wraps this dev update up, I doubt anyone was hoping for a delay on the update, but I hope these exciting announcements offer plenty of hype for what's still to come!

    Unfortunately life is not that simple, things don't magically materialize by thinking about them hard enough, you actually have to sit down, grit your teeth and do the work. Becoming advanced with GML and eventually joining the dev team (currently only Nimi) may be a good start to realize the things you mentioned. Of course you are free to leave suggestions to Mine-imator but do remember that just dreaming won't make things happen, this goes for all areas in life. ?

    Mine-Imator now is good enough for Beginners, And Simple Animator to Create Animations with it.
    But different story with An Advanced Animator like me, FoxyToons, Niam, etc.

    Mine-Imator in 2021 is still not good as the 3 Big Boys A.K.A Blender, Maya, C4D.
    But what if Phyisic's, Reflections/Material, Particle Simulations, Face Motion Tracker/Motion Capture comes true to Mine-Imator one day later in the future?
    Advanced Animators like me who working on Reflections Stuff same as Isaac, Niam who working with Realistic Modelling, FoxyToons who Focusing At Animations Will be helped a lot if this comes True. 
    What would happen with Mine-Imator in the future if GameMaker Updated into a 3D Engine Program?
    What would happen if Modelbench and Mine-Imator keep evolving when this 2 Little boy will be the same level as those 3 Big Boys?

    Yeah I know what you are gonna say next:
    Hey, don't expect that much on this limited Program buddy, MI never come to the same level as Blender, etc. You're mind is full of Imaginations LMD! Just be Realistics.

    Simple, Are you a Time Travelers? Just think, Without Imaginations, Plane never exist. Without Imaginations, Lamp never exist, So Imaginations Force us to make our Imaginations come to Real Life By how? By Keep Doing it Repeatedly till the Result is the same as our Imaginations.
    Now same with MI, Low Spec System put myself to dedicated to this Program because Blender Render take too long, While MI? Nah just a Minute.
    So My Questions to you guys, What happen if Mine-Imator becomes a Our Dreamed MI in the future later on?

    How To Use
    In order to use these mine-imator themes, you need to extract the folder, once you do go to mine-imator, press mine-imator's settings then hit the interface and when you scroll down, you will see a folder icon that’s next to the save and reset button, once you hit the folder icon go to the extracted folder and choose one of the files that has .micolor
