The fog and shadows are way too dark and don't make sense at all for the scene. Also, the outlines are far too thick, some of them are over half a pixel in size.
Additionally, there seems to be an issue with the clouds where the side faces are rendering over the bottom faces. Not sure how that happened.
Overall, not your best work, but it's still pretty good! The poses are nice, and make sense.

you can kinda do that by replacing the run and walk default frames. obviously not perfect, but it works
good idea though, i hate copying and pasting keyframes over and over again

Try to stay away from using schematics. Using custom textures with a simple model looks much better and keeps the pixels consistent, and also keeps it consistent with Minecraft.

Hi there! Mine-imator supports .json models provided they use the same format as Minecraft resource pack models. Could you share the model you're trying to import?

How about: The engine is bad for a complex 3d program like MI?

Hello, I've been using Mine-Imator since 2016 now, and have a decent amount of suggestions that I think the program could use.
 
More Shortcuts: By biggest problem with the program is that is just seems really slow, you need to move your mouse across the screen for everything. I know this sounds like a really dumb suggestion, and makes me seem lazy, but you wouldn't believe how easy it is to use blender when you have a shortcut for everything. Seriously it saves so much time. 
I know a lot of people aren't hotkey users, which is fine. But for people who use Mine-Imator and don't want an incredibly painful experience, we could really benefit from stuff like this.
When I say more shortcuts for things, I mean everything. Scale, rotate, bend, position, move camera directly to object, move in and out of camera view, I could go on all day. All of these would speed up the whole animating process a lot.

This is actually my first time doing a lip-sync by using one of HeyImBee's voice for the character's sound (oh and also the first time I change the animation style into "more cartoonist", so for me, it doesn't look so boring anymore rather than a normal Minecraft animation style), first time experiencing lip-sync wasn't that easy, but that would be fun if I would get used to it. oh! and Don't Forget to leave a Like if You Enjoy it and Subscribe + click the Bell icon for More Videos.
