Because of the reasons Hagus just mentioned. Some people sadly lack the patience to watch a whole 5-minute long animation someone poured months of work into.
Motivation is also a very big problem, and almost all of us just don't have enough of it to make any decent-length animations.
Heck, 99% of the time I don't even have enough motivation to make a render, let alone animations...

I agree with what you say, but again, I'm okay with Ethan's post.

Thing is, if you try to stop it, odds are you would get pinned for fighting too, even though you were trying to stop it. I have experience firsthand. It took a lot of explaining and the words of 5 other students to convince the staff I was breaking it up, not fighting.

I have downvoted several several people on these forums, and if you think about it... you're just caring now because I downvoted you for like, what, the 4th time? I can downvote what I want, when I want, and who I want. Same applies to upvotes. If anything, this status is an attention grab and the only thing stopping me from downvoting this is because you are "calling me out" for downvoting your stuff. Create better posts, make better content, be a better person, stop getting downvotes from me? I dunno man, it's just how it works. I don't make the rules, I just follow them.

I'm with Ethan here, we all have probably posted memes or other media that we didn't make. Stop ganging up on this guy for everything he does.

I hate it when someone posts a long status. It so annoying. It takes forever to read, and sometimes they just focus on one idea, or one sentence and never get anywhere, but yet keep writing. That is one of the worst things that I hate. Plus, sometime the grammar ain't even right. But on they go, on and on and on about the same thing. They just say the same thing over and over, sometimes in different words. The reader may be dying for a break, and topic change, the ending, anything, but it never comes. It goes on and on until it's grown into a paper that no one wants to read. Oh, and then, after all the typing and reading, somebody comes along and makes a status all about how people write long statuses, and someone decides to comment a really long comment about how people write long statuses.
Don't worry though, I'd never do that.

hagus: serious, helpful, a big part of the community and very liked by the community. Constantly working of things to make the community happy.
 
ethanial: kinda cocky (not as cocky as sharpwind which is good). Know the rights from the wrongs, likes to joke about things. Also is appears that you no longer post your projects on the forums regularly anymore
ghatos: good guy! Very helpful! Chill, but becomes serious at the right time at the right place.
redwoods: very helpful. Important part of the community. Although sometimes very serious and reads too much into what people say. Not to dad joke with.
