    We aren't doing a great job at welcoming people into the forums and community. I noticed a lot of new members are at like -10 rep on their first day or two. Ease 'em in, because I'm sure you were just as bad when you started out. Let's make this place a little more friendly.

      Actually, in case you haven't noticed, lots of people here are not too good at social interactions with new people, so seeing a change in the forums would be a hard thing to accept.
