      Opinion:

      I would give the sofa a smooth (plain, almost) texture so you can't see the pixels being rotated and irregular corresponding to the unbendable mesh below it. This could also fix the Z-fighting problem when it's being viewed from a distance. But the cons of a smooth texture will make it not fit in with the Minecraft style correctly.

      But this really doesn't matter.

    since the bend offset is in the middle, then the size must be double the offset number right? well yes but if i need to parent it to the others (connect it), the results will look like this.

    okay, noticable seam still exist, i tried to reduce the size and its worse than this

    looks like the only way is just make the main track fixed in the middle bend point, and another is far outside bend point.

      Have you tried enabling Blocky bending?
      "Realistic" bending has pinching which makes bends look bad imo.
