• the girl is not centered
• the hair is clipping through the sword
• the sword should be falling out of her hand. The hilt should be fully covered by her hand.

It took me a lot of time to make a reflection, but when I added some other effects ,It's hard to see the reflection clearly...XD 

By the way,the depth of field is also a bit strange.
