I have extreme doubts cancer will ever be fully cured, simple because it isn't a single disease.
Cancer is 100's and 100's of virus's, all infecting single cells of your body, that's why there isn't a single 'cure', because you'd have to make a cure for every unique mutation, virus and cell that is infected.

It literally reprograms cells to be mutations, very little mutations are good_{^{(Yes, cancer can help sometimes)}} but a majority are deadly and cause' serious organic problems, sometimes they are also neutral and do nothing, that's why some people live with cancer longer than others.

Unless we create nano-bots that search and destroy cancer in the body on the spot, it can never be 100% cured or prevented.

If I posted my Phobia, I would be expecting someone to post an image of my phobia. I'd have to use my Nick Cage extension to change all the images in my browser into Nick Cage!
