  2. SPOILERS FOR DELTARUNE CHAPTER 5, SPECIFICALLY THE WEIRD ROUTE, AHEAD! You've been warned. Enjoy : ) (second spoiler is some alts and me rambling about why I made these images, but that text actually contains even more spoilers(and possibly self-harm mentions), so read at your own risk : D) Well, that was it for this post! I hope you enjoyed the renders, and if you also had any experiences with the weird route or even favourite moments in Deltarune itself, feel free to leave your comments on that here. Don't think it'll be too overwhelming for me to look at every comment this post will get. Always remember: you are an amazing person, loved, and a child of God!

  4. Yea looks nice, thanks for the technical details. (I am gonna look into this hair stuff, I would kinda love to have characters with long hair/without going through learning how to do custom entity models.

  8. Finally got around to doing some showcase renders of the Wall-E model. He was made entirely in Mine-imator, and I used paint.net to create the textures. Our internet was out for a while, so I spent around 4 hours or so gathering reference pictures of Wall-E from every possible angle, then used those images to model him within Mine-imator. it was a pretty fun little challenge! Eve is also here, you might've already seen some of the wallpaper renders I've made of her, but she isn't quite ready for a full showcase yet. I think they look pretty good together! This was one of the models that I'd put the most effort into getting the movement done right. I'm VERY specific on how Wall-E moves in the movies, since so many people tend to get his joints wrong. Simple things like the way his wrists move, or the fact that his head rotates, and the neck doesn't. The pistons in his neck and wrists, the hydraulics in his tracks, the lasers, all of that is important to get just right, or else the likeness won't be close enough to me. It took a lot of work, but I'm very happy with the result! Here is all of his current features: Movie accurate articulation (The only exception being the compressor and latch on his back) Animatable solar charge display Interior compactor detailing Functioning track hydraulics Opening solar panels Can be transformed into Cube form Reflective lenses Functioning Treads (Adjusted for animation and animated by @niam) Gimmicks (Laser, Eyelids, etc)

  9. Hi. So, if you've been checking out what I've done in the last couple days, I made a character rig that has nothing to do with Minecraft. So, I made a blank-slate version for anyone who wants it. Note that this may be a bit difficult to animate with, and to edit what I have put in place will be a little bit finicky. It doesn't come with the face or any changes to the outfit. There is also no hair, so you'll have to make that yourself. Things that come from this: If you're too lazy to look in that spoiler, here's the wallpaper for you anyways: Tips for Use: Several folders in the rig are locked. Past once you can get to the main animatable parts, the rest is just aesthetic. Don't mess with anything that has a blank name unless it's a folder or you want to customize the rig. The bends in this rig are not actually real, and instead use a second cube to control the bend, parented to the first. Tips For Customization: Don't even try with something like a 3D facial rig, even if it uses the alpha glitch method. More squares in the face does NOT look good at all, not unless you stylize the rest of the rig to look a bit more minecrafty. Instead, try using surfaces with custom textures to do it. If my custom textures for the face are requested, then I will follow through by adding them as a download :) Nothing else. If you know how to rig, you should be set! @NietyFox I might add a female version of this soon Download (.object 16kb)

  10. When you save your project in Mine-imator, a folder is created with the animation name, which contains the .miproject (Mine-imator project) file of your animation together with any skins/textures/scenery you used. This makes sharing animations simple, as everything is located in one place. You can usually find this folder where you installed Mine-imator, inside the Projects folder. Note: This guide is relevant for all kinds of files, not just Mine-imator projects. Step 1: You can't upload a folder to the internet, but you can upload a compressed folder (.zip file), also known as an archive. If you only want to upload a single file, you can skip this step. To create a compressed folder on Windows, right-click the folder, select "Send to" and pick "Compressed (zipped) folder" as shown below. The newly created compressed folder will have the same name as your original folder with .zip added. Step 2: Upload the file or archived folder to a media sharing site. There are some good ones out there, I'd recommend one of these: MediaFire Google Drive Dropbox Step 3: When you have uploaded the file (this process varies from site to site), fetch the download link of your file and post it on the forums. Make sure the download works before sharing it with the world!
