Lens dirt's fairly easy. It goes hand in hand with bloom or glow, so make sure either of those is being rendered.

 
When you import your texture, it seems like Mine-imator doesn't automatically apply it so you might need to pick it again from the texture list, then it should show up and you're ready to play with the settings.
Radius changes how far the effect should spread, Intensity changes how bright the effect is, Power is kinda misleading, but it's sort of the threshold of the effect. Basically, the higher the power, the brighter the pixels of your lens dirt texture need to be to show up.

@Ian_The_One Yes, that's the Programmer Art texture.
Not to worry though; like with the previous sets, the Jappa-textured variant will also be included.
@Cubic Ralsei A nice idea, however in order to remain true to the textures I won't be adding facial features unless they're a part of the texture itself (the eye on EnderChest Creeper, for example).

It's likely because Minecraft is and always has been low-res; it allows your imagination to create the detail, and everyone will interpret them a little differently.
For example, Creepers may look evil and scary to some, but look unintimidating and cute to others (me ;~;).
That's why I don't like the higher-res packs; they just make everything uncomfortably detailed and force a specific style onto you with no way to interpret it differently. Mobs that looked cute or cool in your eyes now look god-awful or really ugly, mainly because it's no longer your interpretation you can see; it's theirs.

@MojangYang Actually, it's rare, but in Portal 1, Chell occasionally yells when she dies, as well as sometimes when you get hit by something like a cube. I'm not sure if you only make a noise when getting hit by something, that's just all I've seen. All her voice lines are just copied from one of the HL2 Citizen NPCs, but still, they're there and I've heard them in-game before.

For some reason mine tends to flat-out quit playing music and ads, it takes one ad break to pretty much render the thing useless. I've went back to listening in the internet browser version where ads don't stop itself and music from playing.

true. the gameplay was boring, the animation was lazy, the voice acting was annoying and cringy and the story was just ehh

time and real life issues exist sadly. i honestly wish i could just boom like that start working on more overlife assets and start actually animating, but no no no, life said i have to be stuck with some annoying twin brother who only plays the most boring games on earth and who slaps every meme from his games on my face without me understanding one thing which wastes basically all of my time

Likewise, it's also silly to hate on people who hate Bedrock Edition...
People have their reasons, don't immediately assume they hate it for the sake of hating it or they're jumping on a bandwagon. Many people do that sadly, but not everyone.
Anyway, to be honest I really hope there won't be too much parity between the two Editions, since they both have very different control methods (looking at you, Java combat snapshots... ?).
