Made an Energy Sword!

Sometimes watching art livestreams makes me feel like an utter moron. How could I not think of something so simple? Seriously, these methods are so simple and straightforward that I should have thought of them ages ago...
The livestream in question is by the same person who inspired my present style, and I will be *ahem* borrowing a few of these methods to improve my work, especially if I'm moving back into Photoshop.
Honestly, though... these guys seem like absolute geniuses to me... I need more practice...

That would make me a huge hypocrite. But if you are gonna troll, don't directly attack people like an immature brat, you should want to make people laugh. Even if it is in the most immature way possible, you don't want to hurt people, you should maybe make them feel a small spook but not giving them stress or other problems. I made a rudimentary, pixelated drawing of a Character that represents you. Let's just say it could be you in another form.
If you show any interest in it, I could continue work on it in Mine-imator.

I assumed your favorite color was green simply by looking at your Member Title. You take on a ghostly form largely based on the characters Aku, Lord Death, and Koro-Sensei. Your face is an expressive mask composed of Keyframes. Your "mouth" is a Timeline on which Keyframes dance about to convey emotion and perhaps lip-syncing.
I imagine you performing actions using telekinesis and black tendrils that emerge from your body. You'd use fighting moves that appear godly and break the fourth wall, such as pointing a tendril at someone and having it cascade yellow, red, and blue (the vector dimensions) like a cuttlefish and shoot a Position/Rotation modifier (like Mine-imator's) onto someone and fling them around as though editing their location in an animation, or pointing a tendril at someone and immobilizing them with the sound of a latching lock (like locking an asset in Mine-imator). That move would be called Inanimation.
I'm sorry if it appears that I think you like animation and Mine-imator more than anything else, but I thought it was a big enough part of your life to bring this forth to you. Plus, it doesn't have to be directly connected with Mine-imator, but animation software in general. This form suits such an advanced software developer such as yourself.
I just thought you'd like a more serious and thoughtful persona than the masked Steve you have now. It could serve as a second transformation for him if anything. And, if it's too grandiose for your taste, you could just tell everyone that it was made for you by someone else and that everyone loved seeing you like that while you secretly really enjoy it.

Put this together while the internet was out this afternoon. It's been awhile since I've rigged anything in MI, but I think this is perhaps the best rig I've ever made.

This was made in @Nimi's MI Community Build as a proof of concept. There are 3D parts that are hidden while animating in the standard view, but appear when rendered, such as the extra hair, sleeves, and shoes. I upgraded my control points to have names and be easier to use, and they also disappear when rendering automatically (I love that bit, makes this so much easier). The mouth utilizes alpha, and has rounded corners that won't pixelate when stretched too much. This was made using only one skin and one texture sheet.
