    Right, thought I'd step in to clear up a few things instead of posting dumb memes.
    First off, thanks for your suggestions, moniker. While I agree with the sentiment that you are notoriously... insistent and that it can come off as very disrespectful, whether you intend it or not, I also know that you're just trying to improve the program, and I think your proposals could be very beneficial to people's workflows, and not just your own.
    I kind of regret bringing the argument of "Mine-imator should be kept simple", which a lot of people are now using, and that's because the 1.3.0 roadmap essentially destroys it. More tools inevitably brings more complex projects, and that highlights a lot of flaws with Mine-imator's user interface. This is why 1.3.0 is supposed to bring in a new interface to correct those flaws and allow people to improve their workflows. Things like markers on the timeline were prototyped, and adding a feature to highlight specific objects (like the Shy layers in AE) could also be implemented.
    But... the development of Mine-imator is in a bit of a delicate situation at the moment, and the future of 1.3.0 is very uncertain. It's not to say that your suggestions are actively being ignored. They aren't. They're being considered and tested, unfortunately we can't afford to confirm anything until we have anything concrete. There are a lot of very exciting ideas that ultimately end up shelved because of various roadblocks and it would be unfair to hype everyone up about all these only to retract, saying that it's actually not going to happen.
    So yeah. We'd appreciate if you all stopped arguing about this. They're not bad ideas, they're being considered, however, we simply can't confirm anything. This didn't need to be a 2 page debate, let's not make it any longer, thank you.

    Those rigs were made only with mine-imator, so timeline and library can get kinda dirty and rigs might be unstable.

    For now, Ford Crown Victoria LTD is the only rig I've made with Modelbench.
    If you want to color it, please follow the instructions

    1. Select those parts
    2. Disable "Color" from hierarchy tab (right side)
    3. Color it with RGB, HSB and MIX

    Hello, Yanuar Mohendra here. And this time I'm proudly present to you my creation, Mine-Imator: Dungeons RigPack with new updates!
    So in this update, I've included more mobs, gears (armors, melees, ranged, and artifacts), other objects as chestes and triangle cobweb, and updated Inventory Menu rig!

    You have so much potential with the program, don't waste it on memes. Talking from experience, this video is going to become irrelevant in less than 2 weeks guaranteed, and it's not worth the amount of work put in the animation. This goes for all of your other work, I took a quick look at your other animations and it looks to me that's it's all based around memes or scenes from popular animes. 
    Sit down, start with a concept and write it down. Turn the concept into a script and animate it, now you have an original animation that isn't based around other ideas. I got a few ideas based around the wolf girls alone but since this may be weird for a bigger audience (I'm guessing that is what you want), so I suggest an actual wolf, but you can experiment.
    The biggest and most common sin you can do whilst animating with mineimator is forgetting this is a Minecraft animation program. Base your ideas around Minecraft and the new ideas that you implemented into the world gets introduced slowly. In this case it would be smarter the have players play a card game and then a wolf-human hybrid comes and distracts the players, the changes to normal Minecraft have to be introduced (Or the main characters shouldn't know more information than the audience), this way you can safely have an idea as weird as wolf-girls in your animations.
    I'm going to give you the like simply for the consistent animation quality through out the short, it's not perfect but you have a great sense of movement, with a bit of tweaking your animation would be amazing. Some of the movements seem too robotic and to be honest it's an easy but time consuming fix, do not copy and paste movements, manually animate everything, thank me later. Also the clapping seems weird, use an ease in transition for the clap, then an ease in and out for the separation of the hands, the transition shouldn't have a sharp change in speed either.
    Continue posting on the forums, I'm looking forward to seeing what you do next.

    I don't think GameMaker is a joke at all, some great games have been made with it. It's just not built to be a base for a fully functional 3D animation software, let alone to the ambitious scale that Mine-imator is. Admittedly the joke here, is that Mine-imator (and Modelbench, even in the complete rewrite!) continues be developed with it. GML (GameMaker language) is the only real language I know to a proficient level other than GLSL ES for writing shaders for Mine-imator, so it's stuck in GameMaker for the foreseeable future. I plan on leaving development whether there's another dev or not after 1.3.0 or following bugfix patches as I would like to move onto other endeavors following the possible next year of development for the next major update.
     
    In the meantime, I'll be looking into possible optimizations throughout development since there are a handful of opportunities. So far, Mine-imator 1.3.0 has been updated to the latest GameMaker runtime (Was held off, as newer runtimes would usually break stuff due to possible runtime bugs.) which has given Mine-imator a somewhat-noticeable performance boost, which is very present on startup as it's been reduced by about 20 seconds on my computer.
     
    Mine-imator a single-threaded x32 application, as with almost all games made with GameMaker. Rendering all but one core on your CPU and anymore than 4GB of RAM useless in terms of performance. All mesh generation for objects, including bending body parts is done in the same thread as everything else in Mine-imator, causing a slow-down between rendering frames, ultimately dropping performance.

    To be fair, they have a point. Being able to toggle between cameras without having to open a second viewport would definitely help with lag.
    But... the whole "just rewrite MI in another language/engine"? Nah. Won't happen. I don't see the point in doing so when the vast majority of users are just kids making dumb short animations for fun. And I think Nimi would agree with me. Besides, let's not forget he's all alone working on this shit and that he gets a laughable amount of revenue for the work he puts in.

    Nimi isn't rewriting MI. Someone may in the future, but it's a slim chance. MI is limited to GameMaker's capabilities. Sorry you don't like that, but it's nobody's fault.
