You can use various file-storage websites like Dropbox or Mediafire. I'd recommend Mediafire though. It's certainly a far more easy way to share things

It looks fine, but i feel like there can be a more instense feel and contrast of the colors you're playing with here; from the harsh and by the look of it heavy, cold rain and the coziness, warm and safe-ness of the inside. Stuff like fireplaces, more warm and cold colors by using different blocks like bricks; the list can go on. Quite a fine job though.

Sure thing, buddy. Because a resourcepack that tries to keep most of the blocks as vanilla as possible need all the textures to be radically different.

Wallpaper okay The title makes me feel like exactly 19 thugs all with metal baseball bats push me to the ground and hit me with said baseball bats over and over again, making my sad pathetic life suffer even more, inmensely, and only then will i ever get my sweet release from this world. Overall i give it a 9/10

Well, not bad for a first rig. But here's some stuff that could be improved: -The spear has an stretched texture. It'd look nicer with custom textures that actually fit -the shield lacks a lot of detail, even if you put very basic textures instead of solid colors, it would look better. -The helmet, is too, very lacking in detail.
