Yeah, just get from another people, but with little Editing... soo it's looks different...
and this is 90% my handmade, include Facial & Rigs, ecpect the facial Texture

I have Model that already set it into Template, maybe it can use for all people to make a simple rigs for your OC.

it's my friends hand made rig, i just Render this Rig.. because i like it

that's why i'm here, make something weird stuff and not possible to make it from some people
but, i'll try my best to make another render with pixelate character
