Don't delete the old drivers, because if the new drivers makes your PC lag, you'll be able to get your old drivers back. Last time I tried to update my drivers, my PC was lagging and gave me a lot of blue screens.

Maybe ther're a way to import the skin one after another? I mean, when you import a model, if it uses multiple textures, they get imported with the model, so maybe it's possible to do it with only textures?
