This is entirely false. This can most likely affect you in multiple ways. The virus is crashing the stock market and bringing down thousands of small businesses. It can also affect old family members.

It's likely because Minecraft is and always has been low-res; it allows your imagination to create the detail, and everyone will interpret them a little differently.
For example, Creepers may look evil and scary to some, but look unintimidating and cute to others (me ;~;).
That's why I don't like the higher-res packs; they just make everything uncomfortably detailed and force a specific style onto you with no way to interpret it differently. Mobs that looked cute or cool in your eyes now look god-awful or really ugly, mainly because it's no longer your interpretation you can see; it's theirs.
