    I feel extremely sick to my stomach. 

    For the past week, eating will make my stomach cramp and I'll feel like I'm going to throw up. I don't know why, but I feel miserable.

    Any ideas on how to help this issue?

      I don't have food poisoning, I've never actually thrown up.

      Check with a doctor either way. For all you know the big cancerous thunder spider of Xalghadhar is leeching on your stomach acids for sustenance. Better to be safe than not safe.
