  1. For some the people that post crap and then later say, “I’m just bad at this” please stop. You’re basically hurting yourself and your reputation here on the M-I forums. Plus I see some of ya’ll saying this after people tell you “it’s good” and “Don’t say that! I love this!” so I’m still not sure if this is some kind of attention seeking tactic or if ya’ll are just that freaking hard on yourself. Again, please stop. No one likes seeing some possible great stuff and then seeing the creator claiming they’re bad at it and then saying it isn’t good.

      people's worst critics are themselves.

when it comes down to it, a lot of people say "im bad at this" because they think they are and they are insecure. its not an attention seeking tactic.

@KaryuGraphics I agree, it can be hard to judge your own content on equal grounds to other people's content. I think part of it might be that you can get a bit sick of your own work by having to constantly look at it and find little flaws while you're making it. It can also be really easy to notice tiny little flaws the second after you've posted it and feel like it'd be somehow dishonest to just reupload it and edit the post. Either way, it's easy to break yourself down for things that don't matter or just tiny things nobody else will notice because you always spend more time looking at your work than others do.
