Quick question: why is it that so many people dislike bedrock edition? its just i dont understand and the only reason i got was because of bugs that don't exist. (no i'm not talking about the store with minecoins, i'm talking about vanilla minecraft single player on bedrock

It's not just the singleplayer, it's the whole game engine itself. Yes it's smoother than Java, but it makes minecraft look like a whole different game. A cheap one to be exact. The grass looks weird as hell, the lighting makes the game look like some GTA series back in 2003, the flying mechanic is rough as hell, and the game itself is too easy. Like if it were made for people who are bad at minecraft. Command blocks, structure blocks, etc. etc.
It's a version of a game for a child audience. Even though the main purpose for the game itself was for children and older people.
And before you say "Well you haven't played it before so you don't know what it's like", I have. I used to think it was better than Java. That was until I took a look at the facts and played both games. And my preference is with Java. If you see me playing Bedrock edition again, it's because there's someone I like who doesn't have Java edition. Thankfully, I'm not friends with anyone who plays Bedrock. Not at the moment at least. But I do check it out from time to time, and in my opinion, it's still a cheap ass mobile game. - Show next comments 6 more
