But also, I'd say the forums are getting better, considering they were pretty dead during 2016-2017 if I remember correctly.

4) But it's free in France! The State pays for it, and the State is payed by the taxes, the penalty (for example: driving too fast, illegal parking, ect...), this kind of thing. Also, if we are in crisis, the others EU countries can help us, cuz they use the same money.
