  1. For the MineCon biome vote, my initial choice would be savanna(because things like elephants and giraffes and stuff like that could come?)  But that's before I know what would be coming in each update.

Each one of them has certainly had some amount of development, because any one of them must be ready to release this year hopefully(If they're to meet their 2 updates per year goal)

Without knowing anything about the tiaga, savanna or desert update, what would you choose?

I honestly cannot understand how you people could not want new mobs and stuff. And this may not even be the main theme for the update. At least, over the past year and a half, they're valuing community input. For example, this vote, last years vote, and bedrock on xbox doesn't suck as much anymore because we complained xD. I'm sure there's more as well.

Controlled community input.    People are sick of new mobs that are cool for like 2 minutes and then you forget about them.  They're asking us what we want out of a few select things.      We want big, long-lasting updates.   I'd rather wait 2 years with no updates to get an update that seriously overhauls the nether to the point it's worth deeply exploring for the 50th time than have 2 years of frequent updates that add polar bears and dark birds that kill you if you didn't happen to spawn with sheep nearby.
I'm not saying I don't want or appreciate the new additions, I'm saying there's something much better they could do with their development resources.

I was honestly hoping 1.14 would be the MINEcraft update.

@Spontaneous Explosions We're almost at Minecraft's 10 year anniversary. We don't want tricks that are cool for a few minutes. We want longlasting impressions that change the very definition of how we play.

It's like fastfood, actually. It's easy for the developers to make and it satisfies you initially. That is for a few minutes before you start feeling hungry again. And it overall leaves you with a 'meh' impression.

bad analogy but hey I was hungry writing this ok
