    You guys, this is ridiculous.

    When someone puts their heart and soul into an animation they believe in, then gets shot down for it, it hurts. @Steam Animations was brand new to the forums and his first ever post was an animation he spent 3 weeks making and he got stupid amounts of hate. Yes, it's F.naf, but you all shouldn't discourage creativity because of your opinion on that certain game. No, it wasn't the best animation, but he is new to this. Cut him some slack.

    If you feel the need to share something you poured your time and creativity into, then immediately get negative amounts of rep for it:

    1: It hurts.

    2: That's hard to get out of.

    No one even gave him tips to improve his animation at all. How is he supposed to dig himself out of this hole? And no, "Just don't make fad" is not a valid tip. If you feel passionate about something, you have the right to pour your time and effort into it. Please don't discourage creativity.

      Ignoring them is an option, surprisingly. In my opinion downvotes should only be used against rulebrealers or those who are being downright rude, which is all I've ever used it for.     Actually it counts because of strongholds. Looks pretty nice actually. Don't know what it would be used for but it looks great.

    I mean, it's better than what can be said for other people I see on the Forums, but...

    Actually pretty good animation. But the collision of the reindeer and the tree looked strange. Try to put more force into it. Also the Grinch's movements could use some work. Oh yeah and Christmas was almost a week ago too.

    @SKIBBZ's facial rig template is a lot easier to use than @Keep on Chucking's. I suggest you use that instead if you are just starting out.

    Oooo, can't wait to see that successor to Mine-imator. Writing it in anything other than GameMaker this time will most likely be a whole lot better.

    WARNING: SORT OF SPOILERS FOR MISS PEREGRINE'S HOME...

    So I saw Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children yesterday.

    The story was alright and the holos were pretty creepy. Decent CGI.

    But- The quality of the CGI for the skeletons at that one part were that of Spy Kids. Also the whole fight was just cheesy and felt like Spy Kids.

     

    And the whole eye-eating thing was so disturbing. Just slurping up children's eyeballs like little Swedish meatballs.

    Up the SSAO blur passes in the render settings. I find 2 to be optimal.
