I don't understand why it calls for a complicated discussion, or my input as a female. It's highly likely she's into you, but don't try to read more than that into her actions. In most circumstances, she's flirting. I can't think of a valid reason why it wouldn't flirting be unless she was dared to, showing off, a lesbian, or messing with you.
If it was accidental, she would have moved away quickly.
