I really like it, it's clean, it's playful. And it's an interesting reference to what their name means. I just hope we'll get the animated version as a loading screen instead of a boring image.
However, I kinda wonder why they try keeping the Mojang brand alive at this point since nowadays it feels like it should just be called Minecraft Studios. They did mention they'd be working on new games so... Wait and see, I suppose!

They can't be used on Java either, it seems like they're only used internally.

Path tracing is just a better way to do ray tracing, but the idea is fundamentally the same.
The reason SEUS PTGI doesn't look noisy (on first glance, that is), is because it's only using path-tracing for the lighting. The models, textures, particle effects... all those are rendered like normal so those won't suffer from noise issues. It's also running quite fast compared to normal renderers because it's using a very low sample rate and very few bounces per frame. Instead, it will just shoot more rays over time to compensate and get a better looking image. That's why you might spot some ghosting artifacts or... shading looking like it's slowly fading in when you force it to update.

Lens dirt's fairly easy. It goes hand in hand with bloom or glow, so make sure either of those is being rendered.

 
When you import your texture, it seems like Mine-imator doesn't automatically apply it so you might need to pick it again from the texture list, then it should show up and you're ready to play with the settings.
Radius changes how far the effect should spread, Intensity changes how bright the effect is, Power is kinda misleading, but it's sort of the threshold of the effect. Basically, the higher the power, the brighter the pixels of your lens dirt texture need to be to show up.
